| For repairs, The cost is a flat rate of $35 for labor, plus fees for any parts are needed for repair. Should it be deemed that the unit is not repairable, then it will be returned and repair fees minus shipping costs and a $10 service charge will be refunded. A completed Services Agreement form must be included with the unit. |

| Mail-in business is welcome! All installs and most repairs will be completed within 1-2 business days upon being received, and then the unit will be shipped back to the customer.
